About the Job
Our client, based in Glendale, CA, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager responsible for recruiting and onboarding new affiliates, ensuring their audiences align with target markets, and providing exceptional client service. This role involves managing daily communication with affiliates, offering in-depth analysis reports, and developing strategies to enhance the affiliate program. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
Salary: $60K-$80K
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: Glendale, CA (onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor trends in online marketing efforts.
- Provide performance evaluations and optimization tips to affiliates.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects via phone and email.
- Apply online marketing best practices and track referrals.
- Manage sales/account responsibilities and ensure top-tier customer service.
- Solve problems efficiently and communicate clearly.
- Represent the company at industry conventions.
Qualifications:
- A.A. or B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years as an Affiliate Manager, ideally in short-term lending or mortgage.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and internet-savvy.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and tactics.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced reporting, Excel proficiency, and client management.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
