Key Responsibilities:

One-on-One ABA Services: Use evidence-based interventions to support children with Autism in building independence and developing positive behaviors.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a clinical team, including Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to implement individualized treatment plans and skill-building strategies.

Accurate Data Collection: Track and document client progress during sessions using electronic tools.

Positive Learning Environment: Foster a nurturing, supportive atmosphere for children and collaborate with families to ensure the success of each child.

Ongoing Collaboration: Partner with families and clinical staff to adjust and enhance treatment plans based on progress and needs.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Passion & Patience: A deep desire to help children with Autism and the ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations.

Team Player: A collaborative spirit to work with families and other professionals to create meaningful outcomes.

Commitment: We're looking for candidates who are ready to make at least a 6-month commitment to working with our clients.
Important Details:

Location: Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based settings.

Schedule: All positions are part-time, with flexible afternoon and evening hours to fit around your current commitments.

Training: You will be required to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course as part of your onboarding process.
