We are seeking 1 energetic and experienced after-school Sewing instructor to join our team! If you're looking for rewarding, fun part time work that helps students catch up and develop a love of learning, read on! Eager Enrichment provides you with all the supplies, training, and curriculum to help you create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, loves to sew, and has a passion for teaching!

This is part time, afternoon work. Classes run at the elementary school, after school, for one hour, once a day. If you are looking for more than 1 hour a week, this job is not for you. Classes begin in January and go through May, with school holidays like Spring Break and Presidents Day off. We're a high profile, top quality, professional position and prefer folks working on/ with a college degree & 1-2+ years' experience working with children. Want to become a teacher in a school? Locations & Times

We need you available at this time and location:

• Upper Arlington: Thursdays at 3:00pm.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching is preferred, but not required
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Experience and knowledge of Hand Sewing and Embroidery stitches, techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be available at 2:45pm Thursdays
