Job Title: Program Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement programs aimed at preventing homelessness.
- Collaborate with community partners to develop resources for at-risk families and individuals.
- Advocate for policy changes that support homeless populations.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and volunteers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in social work, public policy, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or advocacy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for social justice and community service.
