Tasks:

• Assist with bathing/feeding/toileting.
• Ambulation/transfers
• Protective Supervision
• Medication Reminders
• Light housekeeping activities
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.

What we look for:

• Preferred but not required: 1 year of experience [professional]
• If you are compassionate, caring, and reliable, we will train you.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
• Reliable transportation.
• Reside in (your city) within our service area.
• Must be able to travel up to 30 minutes or 15 miles for this position.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.

Starting wage: $18-$22 an hour DOE and shift schedule.

Schedule: Day and night shifts available.
