Ag/Commercial Loan Officer - Gpac

Are you a seasoned agricultural lending professional looking for a new challenge? A reputable financial institution in Springfield is currently seeking an Area Manager: Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing a successful location while expanding the company's brand in the agricultural market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting growth objectives of the location
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Managing risk and collection activities of the portfolio
• Hiring and developing location employees
• Optimizing and overseeing loan operations for efficiency
• Assisting in loan and marketing efforts within the area/region
• Formulating business development strategies for long-term success

Qualifications:

• Strong agriculture background with community development experience
• 7+ years of credit and underwriting experience
• Leadership experience required
• Ability to build relationships and promote loan volume and credit quality
• Self-motivated and driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with loan documentation
