Ag Production Supervisor - Gpac

Gpac is partnered with a premier grower, looking to hire a Production Supervisor for their expanding operations! The primary role of the Production Supervisor is to manage the crews working in the plant, whether on the lines or in the greenhouse. This individual should be motivating and encouraging and promote a team atmosphere. This individual must be fluent in the Spanish language.

The Production Supervisor supports the success of this year-round operation by meeting commitments made to customers throughout the year. This role has the opportunity for advancement and includes great benefits!

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee crews in the planting lines, packing lines, and greenhouse
• Assist with loading/unloading in various parts of the production
• Maintain quality and accuracy of products being shipped
• Provide constructive criticism and disciplinary action as needed
• Promote teamwork and dedication to the overal goals of the company

Production Supervisor Requirements:

• 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role, or greenhouse environment
• Advanced degree preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing production practices
• Fluent in Spanish, required
• Ability to work while standing for long periods
