About the Job
The Agency Business Consultant is a goal oriented individual who drives insurance sales in the District. The ABC provides training to the agents and their staff. Functions as a sales coach to energize and motivate agents to achieve individual and District goals.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
The Agency Business consultant drives results by building strong relationships with the agents. Conducts joint sales meetings with the agents and clients. Provides product training to the agents and their staff. Meet regularly with the agents to follow up on their progress. Tracks all aspects of the sales process.
Requirements
Must have a Life and Accident & Health License. Poperty & Casualty license or willing to obtain within 60 days. Series 6 & 63 or willing to obtain. Strong Life Insurance sales background with experience in Life illustrations design. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
