*** Solutions Agency, CISA, is a Client-owned agency licensed in all 50 states. CISA provides managed access to Client for agents who do not have a full appointment and also administers other innovative programs designed to efficiently obtain business through non-traditional distribution methods.
CISA distributes a wide variety of middle market products, including Property & Casualty, Management & Professional Liability, as well as Accident & Health. CISA is one of Client s largest and fastest growing distributors. The agency serves as a platform for innovative ideas in the areas of remote & digital marketing, alliance sales, and unique distribution challenges.
The Agency Mail Triage Operations Assistant provides support for receipt and triage of electronic and paper mail.
Key Responsibilities Include:
" Review, analyze, sort, and prioritize incoming mail
" Respond to and/or forward mail to the appropriate area for handling.
Qualifications:
" Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
" Excellent organizational and time management skills
" Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, adjusting to changing priorities.
" Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience:
" High School Diploma
" Some college preferred or equivalent job experience
