Salary Range: $40000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of insurance professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service: Uphold the agency's commitment to delivering exceptional service, resolving customer concerns, and building strong relationships.

Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics, providing guidance and feedback to enhance productivity and results.

Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and budget management to support agency operations.
