Agency Training Support Specialist - Country Financial - Corporate

About the Job
As an Agency Training Support Specialist, you will be the primary point-of-contact and advocate for Reps, Agency Office Assistants, and Agency Managers during the onboarding phase of training. You will serve as a training customer service representative to our field partners to deliver, monitor and track the progress of detailed learning programs for insurance agents and financial advisors using our learning management system. You will collaborate with training teams to support our training structure by preparing and delivering training to our field audiences. Additionally, you will act as an intermediate administrator within our learning management system, creating course offerings, tracking learner engagement and progress, managing learner transcripts, and profiles. As a subject matter expert for all training resources, you will support the learner experience and partner with our training and design teams. You will also participate in process development and improvement, and initiate issue/conflict resolution for our audiences.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does an Agency Training Support Specialist make an impact?
- Primary point-of-contact for financial representatives,AOAsand Managers during the on-boarding phase of training.
- Customer Service representative for all training designed,developedand delivered within the AR&D department.
- Creates,monitors, andmaintainsdetailed learning plans for financial representatives,managersand AOAs.
- Coordinates andutilizesadministrative functions of the travel vendor for all travel-related arrangementspertaining toagency training events, for corporate employees and agency field force.
- Plans and supports e-conferences for the field to educate, inform and gather feedback.
- Collaborates with training and design team to test content, develops training structure within the PDC, prepares and implements training for delivery to the field audience.
- Utilizes Agency Admin databases to gather financial representatives’ and agency production progress,resultsand feedback for field reporting to helpidentifytraining needs and wins and enhance thelearnerexperience.

- Proficient in writing professional communications and communicating with various audiences.
- Experience with leveraging O365 programs for day-to-day work, specifically, Outlook, Excel, Teams.
- Not required, but preferred:
- Administrative experience within a learning management system.
- Experience working with sales representatives, leadership, and support staff.
- This is an intermediate level support role, which typically requires 1+ years of relevant experience.
