Our office is looking for Hardworking, Outgoing, Fun, Entrepreneurial-minded candidates who LIVE IN MICHIGAN to join our team. We want to mentor you to become a Farmers Agency Owner and our growth path will do that in 12 months or less. We have opportunities for remote, hybrid, and in-office with upcoming graduates as well.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

What we need from you:

• No more than $5,000 in collections
• No bankruptcies in the last 3 years
• Favorable criminal record with no felonies
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
• Must have your MI Property, Casualty, MI Life, and Health insurance licenses before hiring for this position.
