Compensation and Schedule

• The annual remuneration ranges from $60,000.00 to $90,000.00. The working hours are from Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Generate insurance estimates, execute sales demonstrations, and finalize deals
• Engage in community activities locally
• Establish professional connections with important partners such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Nurture and sustain relationships with clients
• Utilize lead management systems proficiently
• Discover new business prospects through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth
