Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively connect with clients to assess needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Sales Development: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting auto, home, life, and business insurance products.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and claims to ensure ongoing support.
- Training and Development: Participate in structured training to gain in-depth knowledge of Farmers Insurance products and operations.
- Mentorship Participation: Work directly with the agency owner for one-on-one mentorship, developing skills in sales and agency management.
- Community Involvement: Represent the agency at events to build relationships and promote the agencys brand.
- Path to Agency Ownership: Progressively take on responsibilities to prepare for future agency ownership.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain Property & Casualty within a set timeframe.
- Sales Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build client relationships.
- Motivation and Drive: Goal-oriented and eager to pursue professional growth and learning.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organization to handle multiple client needs effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with computer systems, CRM software, and digital tools to support client management and sales.
