Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents in all aspects of the sales process, including client communication, property showings, and transaction coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Prepare and present detailed property listings, marketing materials, and promotional content to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses, ensuring all appointments are managed efficiently.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License: Must hold an active real estate license in the state of South Carolina.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Local Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Columbia real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
