Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
• Participate in team activities according to team standards
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services

Qualifications

You are a self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge. You excel at building rapport, understanding others' needs, and finding solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your areas of expertise. You naturally overcome objections and are a strong communicator dedicated to service.
