Agent Trainee - Aaron Kretzer Farmers Insurance

We are eagerly seeking participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office situated at 11911 S Parker Rd Ste 101 Parker, CO 80134. This program offers comprehensive training, guidance from successful agency owners, and the chance to set up your own agency upon successful completion of the program.

Salary and Work Schedule

The annual compensation ranges from $60,000.00 to $90,000.00. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and secure sales
• Actively participate in community events
• Build networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Foster client relationships
• Utilize lead management systems
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and open to coaching
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Desire for personal and professional growth
• Must possess valid insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them
