Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Tucson, AZ

Salary: $18.86 per hour / $37,297.65 annually + Bilingual Skill Differential

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions in both English and Spanish.
• Process policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
