Summary:
- Certified Scrum Professional/Master and Agile Coach with over 5 years direct experience with coaching software teams on agile principals and practices. Assumes significant prior scrum master experience before transitioning into a agile coach role
- This agile coaching role will be heavily focused at the team level, but experience with scaled agile transformations within Fortune 500 enterprises is also desired
- Experience managing multiple concurrent application teams and agile projects throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with managing transitions of agile delivery teams from Waterfall to SCRUM framework
- Significant agile coaching/mentoring experience within the agile team
- Well versed with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ITSM, PMI PMBOK, Six Sigma, CMMi methodologies
- Experience with training teams on the use of Rally (Portfolio structures, user stories, iterations, releases, etc) and KPI/metric dashboards in Rally
- Experienced with test driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices

- Framework/Methodology: Agile, Scrum, TDD, SDLC, PMBOK, Waterfall, Iterative, ITIL, JAD, Six Sigma and CMMi
- Tools: Rally, JIRA-Greenhopper, MS Project , MS Office, MS SharePoint, Visio, Access, Word, Excel
- Exposure to teams working with languages: C++, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Web Services, UML, XML, VB.NET, MS-SQL, PL/SQL

- Maintains communication with team and provides status to stakeholders at all times through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and other communication paths
- Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to management. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelors of Science Degree (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred)

- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) & Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Certified Scrum Trainer credentials (MUST HAVE)
- Certification in Leading SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or SAFe SPC

- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI
- Certified in ITSM - IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation
