Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Agile Project Manager:
– Facilitate process flows to automate processes and enhance workflows
– Focus on governance rather than typical project-based work
– Leverage Agile PM methodology to manage projects effectively
Required Skills for Agile Project Manager:
– Proficiency in Agile PM methodology
– Experience in governance and automation
– Proven track record of managing projects to automate business processes
– Excellent communication skills
– Experience in the Payments or Financial Services industries is a plus
– A minimum of 5 years of solid project management experience is required
