Agile Transformation Lead (Banking) - Zachary Piper LLC

iper Companies is seeking a Scrum Master Transformation Lead (Banking) to join a leading credit union based in Mclean, VA. The Scrum Master will lead an agile transformation for a consumer banking product. This position will be hybrid in Mclean, VA 3 days per week!

Responsibilities of Scrum Master include:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Manage JIRA and Confluence to track project progress, document processes, and maintain transparency
• Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment of team goals with project objectives
• Remove impediments and facilitate communication to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications for the Scrum Master include:                                                                                         

• 8+ years of experience in an Agile environment
• Banking or Financial Services background
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence (JIRA Product Discovery a plus)
• Experience going through an Agile Transition
• Project management experience (Budgeting, Forecasting, etc.) a plus

Compensation for the Scrum Master include:

• Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 **depending on experience**
