WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This position will be tasked with the following key objectives:
- Collaborate with facility management team to develop strategies for achieving sales and/or production goals.
- Promote the EverGRO brand and business philosophy in a positive and customer-focused manner throughout the local community and sales region.
- Maintain a clean, safe facility to meet OSHA and EPA regulations and EverGRO Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
Some positions will have the following work environment qualities:
- The work environment will vary based on location. Essential job functions are primarily performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment, however they may also be performed in a warehouse environment that is subject to seasonal temperatures and humidity, and outdoors unprotected from weather conditions.

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in agriculture, plant science, petroleum, livestock / pet care, transportation, or a similar industry, with specialized knowledge of related merchandise and services
- Requires demonstrated leadership ability; preferably experience managing direct reports
- Must either have or would be willing and able to obtain a Commercial Applicator License (within a specified period of time following start of employment)
- Requires Commercial Driver License; Class A or Class B
- A passion and enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for relationship building and problem-solving
- A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
