Summary
The Artificial Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions using Large Language Models, including customizations and fine-tuning models to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. As an integral part of our business technology team, the role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLM), such as but not limited to OpenAI GPT, including tailoring and refining models to align with business requirements.
- Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in software development and AI model integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications, identify challenges and devise innovative solutions that align with business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, language models and related technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models and applications to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Must apply data science principles and techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, ensuring data-driven insights and solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, development processes, and user instructions.
- Provide expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related field.
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in HTML, Python, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages C#, .net
- Experience with cloud platforms and deploying models in production environments required.
- Strong understanding of relation databases, MS SQL and/or Oracle SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.
