business opportunities. YOUR ROLE: As an AI Engineer on the IT Emerging
Technology Team, you will be instrumental in leveraging artificial
intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) to
help drive business transformation at Promega. You will work closely
with advanced AI frameworks like OpenAI and Copilot, developing and
deploying solutions that enhance the efficiency of daily operations and
introduce new methods for optimizing core business processes. This role
will require collaboration with various teams-including Operations,
Administration, Research & Development, and Sales & Marketing-to apply
innovative AI technologies that support Promega's continued growth and
leadership in technology-driven innovation. While this role offers
the flexibility to work remotely part of the time, we expect candidates
who are currently not local to relocate to the Madison area. CORE
DUTIES: 1. OpenAI & Copilot Development: Utilize OpenAI and Copilot
Studio to design, code/build, debug, deploy, and maintain GPTs and
Copilots that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
2. AI Model Development: Design, develop, and implement AI models,
algorithms, and systems to solve complex problems in business. 3.
Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and other
engineers to integrate machine learning models into broader system
architectures, ensuring scalability and performance. 4. Robotic Process
Automation (RPA): Develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and
optimize business processes, enhancing operational efficiency. 5. Work
to stay ahead of industry trends, exploring AI, ML and RPA solutions for
development and management of a more complex and in-depth expansion at
Promega that aligns with Promega's strategic goals. 6. Data Management:
