- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner as well as in a team environment, balance multiple projects, and prioritize commitments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS or PhD degree from an accredited institution in one of the following disciplines:, Computer Science, Engineering, , or related field
- 5 years of experience in developing, designing and constructing machine learning systems
- 2 years experience of project management
- Demonstrated skills in solving complex issues using analytical tools, designed experiments (DMAIC process), and analysis of results
- Advanced knowledge of state-of-the-art machine learning concepts
- Experience with non-destructive testing methods (visual, FPI, x-ray, ultrasonic)
- Experience in investment casting processes
- Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of investment casting materials (polymers, ceramics, and metals)
