Job Description:

AI Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for the design and usability of our state-of-the-art machine learning (ML) platform. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to help us understand our users, and design innovative new features and workflows. You will create new interactions, dashboards, and visualizations to help our users manage their models, data sets, and clusters. You will collaborate with management to set standards and process so that we have a thoughtful and coherent experience which will serve our growing product for years to come.

Our users are machine learning engineers, data scientists, dev-ops, and other domain experts who are building cutting-edge AI-powered applications in fields such as life sciences, IoT, and financial services.

Your efforts will have the potential to uncover significant and new discoveries related to the nascent AI and machine learning development space and influence the way that the next generation of machine learning models get made.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in user experience design for digital products
• Solid understanding of user-centric and web design principles
• Track record of delivering well-designed products from ideation to productization
• Experience as a design leader who collaborates with product, engineering, and marketing

Preferable Skills:

• Familiarity with machine learning, data-driven software, High Performance Computing and/or analytics
• Bachelor or Masters's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working in enterprise software
• Experience working with technical users
• Experience in building developer tools
• Experience working on remote teams
• Familiarity with statistical visualizations or datavis (Vega, D3, ggplot2)
• Visual design experience
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Design Thinking and Agile Framework methodologies

Annual Salary: $111,000.00 - $255,500.00
