Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:
+ Accompany clients into the community, on errands, and to appointments
+ Spend time on your client's favorite hobbies and activities
+ ASsist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
+ Participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ year experience working with I/DD individuals preferred but not required - we provide training!
