Key Responsibilities

Monitor clients' health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to supervisors.
Document clients' progress and care requirements accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring cleanliness in living areas.
Assist with medication management and reminders as per care plans.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and family members about care needs.
Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Assist clients with mobility aids and transfers as necessary.
Manage conflicts or emergencies effectively, ensuring clients' safety.
Follow ethical guidelines and standards in service delivery.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CNA, HHA).
Previous experience in a caregiving or aide-related role.
Basic first-aid and CPR certification.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to follow instructions and protocols with attention to detail.
Empathy and a strong desire to help others.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and schedules.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
Understanding of medical terminology and personal care techniques.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving clients.
Valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.
