DescriptionYou will drive programs and/or projects from concept to delivery
This includes driving feature definition, system architecture, timelines, milestones, risk management, and program execution
You will build relationships rooted in trust for successful collaboration with multiple partner organizations
You will align teams around a common set of product goals and drive creation and execution of end-to-end project plans while handling risks and mitigations
Communication is critical
You will provide clear and timely communication, including regular program status updates, critical issues and mitigations, changes in plans, risks, and asks as needed
You will break down complex issues into manageable chunks in order to drive engineering, design, and other teams to alignment while maintaining great partnership and collaboration.
Minimum QualificationsAt least 5+ years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across subject areas (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA)Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplinesExcellent track record of project management and meeting deliverablesSelf motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinkingExceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineersAbility to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audienceFlexible and calm in the face of ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audienceCan influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areasPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in project or program managementHave personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server and end user consumer facing software products requiring large organizations (20+) to executeProficiency in Agile, SDLC development processesStrong leadership skills, including coaching and team-buildingSuperior group facilitation and interviewingPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role
The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs
Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan
