Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The approximate salary range for this position is $100,000 total compensation potential, depending on direct industry experience.

Essential Functions
- Ensures execution of stack testing projects by performing the duties as a project manager and field test leader
- Reviews upcoming projects to ensure equipment and personnel are available
- Coordinates with other offices for resources and/or purchase or rent of equipment
- Assigns personnel to clean glassware, calibrate equipment, clean out trailers, etc.
- Assists Operations Manager in reviewing the DAS, project templates review, and invoicing
- Assists Operations Manager in future planning, client relations, and updating office SOPs
- Develops training protocols and generates content for the Learning Management System
- Collaborates with Technical Services, Analytical Services, and Operations to continually improve the quality sample process
- Works with Quality and Safety Departments to establish and implement policy development
- Supports development and training of employees' skills/abilities to fulfill current and future roles and responsibilities more effectively
- Assists in providing technical training for AST locations
- Works with Operations Excellence and Quality departments to improve and integrate new offices and develop best practices for day-to-day operations
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Qualified Source Test Individual (QSTI) in Groups 1-4
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of USEPA emissions testing regulations
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and requirements
- Proficient in MS Office programs, including MS Word and Excel
- OSHA #511 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry
- In-depth familiarity with Stack Testing, including field supervisory, project management, protocol preparation, report preparation, data review, and agency interaction
- Strong people skills; ability to communicate with associates and customers
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation

- Sitting for extended periods and the use of hands to finger is common.
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges is helpful for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
- While performing the duties of this job, good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, and copiers is needed.
- The employee is frequently required to stand.
- When visiting industrial sites, use of PPE is mandatory.
- Duties may entail frequent exposure to environmental and industrial conditions including extreme heat/cold, wet conditions, humidity, noise, vibration, atmospheric conditions and industrial hazards.
- Frequent exertion of up to 30 lbs. of force is required with occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of exertion.
Travel
- Approximately 25 percent
