About the Job
STS Technical Services is hiring an experienced Aircraft Composites Technician in La Vergne, Tennessee
Join our team to perform inspections, maintenance, and repair on critical aircraft components
You’ll work with hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control systems, ensuring top quality and airworthiness standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
Assess components for repair or replacement; source necessary parts.
Repair, modify, and rework defective assemblies, following OEM guidelines.
Consult with the Maintenance Lead for technical assistance as needed.
Document completed work and report performance metrics to supervisors.
Perform serviceability tests and quality checks, collaborating with Quality Assurance.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; A&P License preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in aircraft composites or related field; proficiency in at least one aircraft type.
