About the Job
Position Purpose
Accurately record, and process aircraft-component paperwork flow coming in from the Field, Hangar, Overhaul shops, and Inventory Control for all time tracked parts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Update log page entries for compliance with Erickson company standards and FAA requirements.
- Verify/calculate times and research original component, spare component, life limited and overhaul required items.
- Input and maintain aircraft component data in the computerized tracking system.
- Maintain all original records to include review, update and filing of temporary and permanent log pages.
- Read and follow internal company policies, procedures and standard industry practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Data Entry Experience required
- Record keeping experience preferred.
