Primary Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft pre and post flight inspections to ensure airworthiness.
- Perform required scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections.
- Ensure aircraft comply with all F.A.A. regulations and safety standards.
- Perform aircraft ground handling and fueling duties as required.
- Perform major aircraft alterations and refurbishments.
- Monitor parts, supplies, component repair and overhaul, and fuel inventory to ensure continued availability of aircraft.
Qualifications
- This position requires an Airframe and Power Plant license issued by the F.A.A. This certification requires classroom instruction time equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
- Three to five years of prior maintenance experience on similar type aircraft is required.
