Manage the Permanent Party “Lighthouse” Airmen Ministry Center, overseeing the volunteer program, coordinating events, and ensuring facility security and cleanliness.

Manage the Permanent Party “Lighthouse” Airmen Ministry Center, overseeing the volunteer program, coordinating events, and ensuring facility security and cleanliness.
Duties
- Volunteer Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development for the Volunteer Dorm Resident Leadership Team; maintain the volunteer roster and implement recognition programs.
- Facility Coordination: Ensure security and cleanliness of facilities, manage administrative tasks, and handle facility requests.
- Logistical Support: Organize marketing for events and regular spiritual enrichment activities; develop leadership retreats.
- Administrative Duties: Provide monthly training reports, ensure compliance with safety requirements, and complete necessary training.
- General Responsibilities: Maintain professional relationships, uphold confidentiality, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in a ministry leadership position.
- At a minimum an Associate’s degree..
- Relevant experience with current technology and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, computer/phone/tablet applications, and group texting
- Provide a letter of endorsement from current pastor/chaplain/ supervisor
