The Role:
As our Airport Operations Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. Your role will include:

• Planning & Supervising: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of airport buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring safety, security, and operational efficiency.
• Leading the Team: Manage a team of skilled professionals in various maintenance tasks and operations.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies and adverse weather conditions, ensuring rapid and effective resolution to any issues that arise.

What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Expert Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of supervisory principles and modern maintenance practices, including grounds upkeep, snow removal, and airfield safety and security.
• Operational Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment and vehicles.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in varying weather conditions and be available on a 24-hour on-call basis for emergencies such as aircraft incidents, snowstorms, or other critical situations.
