Overview:

The Emerging Leaders Program – Administrative Leadership Academy (ALA) offers an immersive, hands-on experience emphasizing various paths to leadership. The Administrative Leader Associate works on key assignments to develop fundamental and leadership skills during their first year at Mercy with the goal of accelerating advancement into a leadership role in the future.

Participants in this program will:

• Experience a holistic view of the Mercy ministry through structured experiential learning across Performance Divisions, Care Settings (Hospital, Clinic,Retail), as well as Mercy’s Performance Accelerators.

• Develop essential skills as you work alongside senior leaders enhanced with in-person and virtual learning.
  
• Receive one-on-one mentoring and coaching from senior management.
  
• Uncover leadership potential by building on God given leadership talents, explore the healing ministry of Mercy through integrated formation and personal development plans.

Qualifications:

Education:  

• Graduating with a Master’s degree with a preferred emphasis in either Healthcare, Finance, Data Analytics & Technology Services or Consumer Experience & Marketing  

• Graduating in December 2024 or May 2025 

Required: 

• 3.2 cumulative grade point average 

• Academic/Professional Letter of Recommendations 

• Personal Statement

• Exhibits a willingness to take on leadership and non-leadership roles and responsibilities.
