All Source Intelligence Analyst - ASRC Federal Holding Company

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is Seeking All Source Intelligence Analysts to support the JTF-N. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:

* Conducting all-source research, predictive analysis, production and dissemination of intelligence (Both written and oral presentation formats).

* Researching, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating all-source information to assess the relevance and significance of developments in the assigned area.

* Developing IA-derived action plans, papers, reports, and other products

* Analyzing national and theater source data, to include, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), Financial Intelligence (FININT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).

* Participating in interagency and/or multinational meetings and conferences in order to present and receive mission-related functional information.

* Operating computer-based analysis systems and tools, and use a variety of analytical applications, computer systems, software, and ancillary equipment.

* Conducting senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on TCOs and their activities.

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

* This is an onsite IA position at the Consulate in Monterrey Mexico

* Selected applicant will live in country.

* Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance

* Demonstrate fluency in technical and conversational Spanish (DLPT Level 2+), with the ability to translate between English and Spanish.

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

* At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience in All Source Intelligence Analysis for DoD.

* Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary to conduct senior level drafting, editing, review, and presentation of JTF-N all source-intelligence products on TCOs and their activities.

* Prior experience supporting DHS HSI intelligence activities highly desired.

* Prior experience utilizing the TECS system for screening personnel highly desired.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Palantir, TAC, Mobile Awareness GEOINT Environment (MAGE), and i2 Analyst’s Notebook.
