Allergy Lab Technician
Charleston ENT & Allergy is seeking a full-time ALLERGY LAB TECHNICIAN to join our practice! This critical role will provide efficient and competent support for our Allergy Department immunotherapy program. Our Allergy Lab Technicians are imperative for our allergy patients to get the immunotherapy they need. Allergy lab technicians will primarily mix vials of immunotherapy for patients receiving allergy shots or allergy drops. This person is detail-oriented and extremely organized, able to transition from working with lab materials to working with people. They must have prior benchtop lab experience or pharmacy compounding experience. We go above and beyond for our patients, whether it’s by traveling to various offices, taking on extra training, continuing our education, or just jumping in wherever needed. Duties
- Clinic opening and closing
- Allergy immunotherapy vial preparation
- Maintaining a sterile laboratory environment
- Scanning patient records and other information as necessary
- Providing excellent customer service to patients
- Other duties as assigned
