Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Provide exemplary customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and in-person.
Problem Solving:
Assist clients in resolving issues related to their insurance policies and claims.
Policy Management: Help customers understand and manage their Allstate insurance policies, including policy changes and renewals.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that meet the client's needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients for future reference.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an insurance setting, is desired but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with clients.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently.
Customer Orientation: A focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client relationships.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, including CRM software and basic office applications.
