As a Sales Assistant, youll be in charge of helping to sustain and grow an Allstate agency by keeping customers informed and well-served. The Agency will count on you to build strong relationships with our customers and help them to have peace of mind. All by helping them protect their families, wealth, homes, cars and assets.
Salary Range: $36000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Working in our beautiful open office Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
- Making a lot of outbound calls to our clients with the goal of ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their insurance protection.
- Building personal relationships with customers and anticipating their insurance needs
- Taking care of customer requests, policy changes, billing inquiries and payments
- Performing annual customer protection reviews and updating coverage
- Helping with claim processing and resolution
- Identifying protection needs for existing households and transferring clients to senior advisors
- Being a team player to help grow and retain revenue for the agency
Requirements
- Excellent (Spanish) verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
- Attain a personal lines insurance license within first 60 days.
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Caring, compassionate and driven to fulfill customers' needs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Action-oriented problem-solver, resilient through challenges and able to provide solutions
- Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic
- Must be willing to obtain insurance license
- Schedule: 30-40 hours/week
Base pay: $17.00/hourly + ($10.00-$50.00 Commission) per kept appointment and monthly, quarterly and annual bonus based on sales support performance. 60 day training period. Afterwards, employee eligible for 401K, pay raises, dental or vision plan, cancer or accident policy, company events & trips, extra paid time off and paid sick leave.
