Salary Range: $65000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Allstate insurance products to new and existing customers
• Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs
• Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission-driven focus
• Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation

• Must possess an active TX Property and Casualty license
• At least 1 year of experience in Allstate insurance sales strongly preferred
• Strong sales background is essential
• History of high production strongly preferred
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus but not mandatory
• Demonstrates high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
• Highly detail-oriented and compliance-focused
• Excellent relationship-building skills, aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction
• Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed targets
