We have entry level development and opportunities for licensed and experienced P&C Insurance Sales Producers in our Yorkville, IL Location.

The Calder Allstate Agency offers top compensation including a base wage + commissions, and opportunities to bonus. We have several top producers at this agency making $125,000+ annually!
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $125000.00 per year

In-house marketing team to provide leads
Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients
- Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals.
- Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage
Requirements
- MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- MUST be willing and able to work in our Yorkville, IL location
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Previous Allstate Insurance Experience highly preferred
