Job Summary:
Production Test Technicians test and validate the performance of manufactured Skids, Cartridges, oil reservoirs and electrical control boxes.
The team is also responsible for capturing pertinent data for the engineering and production team before a finished product is commissioned to our customers.
Job Description:
Testing the products for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance.
Examining and investigating specific aspects and components of products in question.
Compiling data needed for the Project and engineering teams as well as testing all products under the guidance of the Quality team.
Maintaining hydrotest log such as Safe Work Permits, if working in hydrotest
Maintaining the area with good housekeeping and 5s.
Maintaining all tooling in good working conditions.
Highest Level of Education Required for this Position: High School Diploma or GED required, An Associate Degree is preferred.
Qualifications (IE SAP Experience, Excel Knowledge, Any Certifications, Years of Experience in Certain Fields):
Good communication skills
Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery
Mechanics oriented
High pressure/High Voltage experience is a plus
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Basic computer skills such as emailing and form filling
Forklift experience
PPE Requirements if any Steel toed shoes
Working Conditions (IE Office, Warehouse, Ect) Outside
If heights, how high? 15Ft
If driving, what will they be driving? Forklift
If lifting how many pounds? max of 25lbs
