About the Job
The Kitchen Director's top priority is fresh, fast, and safe food to exceed Guests' Expectations! At the Ponce & Boulevard Location, this leader will ensure all food safety practices are implemented in accordance with the Fulton County Health Department and Chick-fil-A Brand. This psositon requires execution of all food products correctly temped, stored, cooked, and packaged.
Responsibilities will be divided into the four following categories:
Operational Disciplines, Performance Expectations, Administrative Responsibilities and Sr. Team Leader Training & Development.

Operational Discipline:
Ensuring Guest Satisfaction through Food Quality & Taste
Performance Expectations & Service times
Breakfast- 2:30 or less
Lunch- 3:45 or less
Afternoon- 3:30 or less
Dinner 4:00 or less
Order Accuracy Scores
Goal for all Dayparts- 96% or better
Administrative
Track Team members Attendance (Email HR Director Weekly of Repeat Offenders)
Weekly Position Setups. Complete setup sheets for the week before Monday.This includes break strategy.
Employee Evaluations. Must be completed quarterly
