AM Raw Materials Forklift Operator - PrideStaff

We are currently seeking Forklift Operators with 6+ months production experience for the Raw Materials department.

This is a temporary   position only!

Pay rate: $18.00-17.50/hour

Shifts: All shifts are Monday – Friday with Saturday overtime

6 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview :

The candidate will be responsible for transferring raw materials to the cook deck with use of a sit-down forklift.

Essential duties:

• Supply new materials to the production line to prevent shortages
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials
• Remove packing waste such as pallets, empty cartons etc from the cook deck
• Compliance with all GMP and Safe Food Handling Policies. 
• Pull and rotate product using FIFO method
• Complete all necessary paperwork and and/or use WMS to enter data

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous forklift certification
• Ability to use an RF scan gun
