The AMAZING Support Intern is responsible for ensuring all assigned administrative duties are completed and meet Scooter’s Coffee operational standards. This role ensures that deadlines are met while updating assigned reports and communicating company-wide messages. The AMAZING Support Intern exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values and treats all employees and guests with respect and dignity, modeling professionalism and integrity with every interaction. This role directly reports to the People Resource Specialist, communicating all achievements and areas of opportunity within their portfolio, and will be located in the Resort Lifestyle Communities Building. Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure store leaders are following up with guests through customer feedback communication channels including but not limited to email, LevelUp, and Medallia
- Grants customer refunds and credits through the Scooter’s mobile app
- Mail gift cards to customers that don’t have the Scooter’s mobile app
- Maintain the customer feedback Google sheet
- Pull positive customer feedback from Medallia to share with the field and add to Metcalf Mail
- Administrator of the barista anniversary program
- Pull reports from TalentReef, LevelUp, Medallia, and other sites for the purpose of informing and updating the operations team and store leadership
- Garner and share information from various departments via Metcalf Mail
- Send Metcalf Mail weekly via Slack in both markets
- Assist in managing social media platforms: posting, updating and maintaining Metcalf Company-sponsored sites.
- In the months prior to new store openings manage hiring spreadsheets and assist with interview schedule
- Help administrate the Most Valuable Barista program by tracking nominations, reminding store leadership to submit nominations, ensure prizes are ordered and presented to MVB each period
- Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
- Ensure that deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
- Perform 20 hours of support work per week

- College degree in progress preferred
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Ability to sit at a desk for several hours
- Working on a computer for extended periods
- Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
- Lifting packages up to 50lbs
- Working in a small space
