Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs and delivering customized solutions.

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, expand market presence, and drive revenue generation.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to team members, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.

Licensing: Active Vermont Property & Casualty License is required prior to starting this opportunity.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
