Primary responsibilities for Ammonia Refrigeration Assistant Managers include:
· Assist the Maintenance Manager with the repair and preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment, including cleaning, installing, and repairing systems
· Oversee maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
· Supervise technicians to promote high performance and safety
· Collaborate on preventive maintenance programs
· Manage refrigeration associates, including hiring and training
· Implement quality improvement processes
· Provide timely reports on safety and production
· Ensure a safe work environment for all associates
Requirements:
· Trade school diploma or equivalent experience
· At least 3 years of refrigeration equipment experience
· At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
· Proven maintenance and repair experience
· Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Proficient with hand and shop tools for maintenance and repair
· Physical ability to lift 20 lbs.
Shifts available: Monday-Friday
· 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
· 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
· 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
