An Immediate Opening - Experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Watkins Insurance Group

The official title for this position is Commercial Service Advisor.

We are seeking an experienced Property and Casualty professional with an eye for verifying the accuracy of policies and endorsements on commercial accounts. As a Commercial Service Advisor, you will be primarily responsible for completing various duties and tasks which assist in servicing a book of business. For example, Service Advisors process new and renewal policies, endorsement requests, and Certificates of Insurance. In addition, Service Advisors speak with clients about billing questions and claims.

What you need to have:

• An active Property and Casualty license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance is preferred but not required.
• One year of servicing Commercial accounts or related experience. Two years preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance policies and coverages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience in Applied EPIC is preferred but not required.
