Job Title: Program Coordinator / Pharma Industry
Duration: 4 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Horsham, PA

Program/ Project Team Facilitator
Quality/Compliance Professional will effectively help leadership team by refining, streamlining, and organizing executive-level programs and initiatives. Leveraging management and administrative skills to guide the leadership team through strategic discussions across organizational levels
Knowledgeable about audit programs and digital tools to execute programs
Establish communication channels and provide meeting structure Establish communication channels and provide structured meeting frameworks
Facilitation expertise in guiding a team through the project initiation through completion, managing timelines and deliverables
Organized and detail oriented
Notes/Action Tracking
Ability to identify and track interdependencies between programs/projects/deliverables
Must have working experience with MS Teams Sites and tools
Excellent communication skills
Effectively work with senior leadership
Experience:
2-4 years of relevant work experience in program/project management.
Proven experience in facilitating programs and managing project deliverables.
Education:
University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
